I Do Not Get 30 Rock

Okay.

It is supposed to be the funniest show on television.

Co-workers rave about it.

I’ve tried watching it three times now, including tonight’s episode.

I just don’t get “30 Rock.”

And I’m a guy who loves Tracy Morgan.

Heck, I used to go see Judah Friedlander at the Comedy Cellar back when the guy would show up at Fango Horror Conventions looking for copies of “Night of the Comet.”

Take tonight’s episode.

A restrained Tracy Morgan. . .

“Special guest star” Jennifer Aniston. . .

A “Night Court”-obsessed girly page . . .

As a man who was escorted out of a 1995 taping of “The Late Show with David Letterman,” I can tell you pages are much tougher, and funnier, than that dude.

Don’t even get me started on the “Sparky the Werewolf” scene.

Tonight’s episode is like a live-action “Family Guy.”

I can’t think of anything worse than that.
